  My name is Timothy Benn, and I am proud to announce to The Big Island the arrival of Haole Boy Gourmet Grinds!! We BOLDLY boast to offer the most Diverse, Highest Quality, Planned Culinary Events this Tropical Paradise has seen pull into port!!! As the Owner, Founder, Baker, CHEF, and Event Planner of Haole Boy I take pride in the commitment and ability to provide the finest of Dining Experiences for any occasion with no occasion being to big or too small. I have 24 years experience in all aspects of the commercial food industry, as well as a Degree in Food Science's from UH, and my Food Handlers Safety and Sanitation Certification from The State of Hawaii Department of Health. Included in my 24 years in trained food production is almost 20 years Baking experience, including the fine art of Pastries, Breads, and specialty Custom Cakes! I have worked in many different environments and with many different cuisine's and I have been a vegetarian my entire life and am very familiar with and have worked in the Natural Food field as well as the not so natural food world. Pastries, breads/bagels, cookies, Cakes of all kinds, even Pizza! I owned and operated my own Cheesecake business on Maui for almost 5 years. Haole Boy
